Welcome to our Heart Centered Donation Based Sober Salt Brunch Sundays!
Join us the last Sunday of every month for a Social Nutrition brunch hour followed by your choice of active meditation (beading bracelets for our Sangha) or a Halotherapy meditation in our salt room!
You may contribute by bringing something to share, making a donation to support the recovery community or just come join us for connection and support and receive this gift. We will share, build community and reset for the week ahead!
This Recovery Dharma Salt Brunch is open to anyone interested in recovering from addiction of any kind. Please make sure to register for Salt Brunch!
